摘要
研制一种自凝试验新培养基—PC培养基。将PC培养基与国外报告的三种培养基对比,并用另两种毒力试验作对照,经过测定31株来源不同的菌株,结果显示,简易的PC培养基能准确测定Y.e的毒力。
A new autoagglutination test medium for Yersinia enterocolitica-PC medium was prepared. This medium was compared with three foreign media, and two other virulent tests were used as the standard. The results of testing 31 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica obtained from different sources indicated that PC medium can accurately determine the virulence of Yersinia enterocolitica.
