摘要
对白桂木、红桂木和木菠萝三种种子内凝集素的生物学性质进行比较分析。结果显示,三种植物种子凝集素(AHL、ALL和Jacalin)的生物学性质十分相似,对红细胞凝集作用的顺序是人>大鼠>小鼠>牛>猪,不凝集山羊和鸡等血的红细胞。凝集素凝集红细胞活性受N-乙酰半乳糖胺和D-半乳糖抑制。对温度作用较敏感。在pH4.5~9.5范围内,pH改变不影响凝集活力。与pHA(对照)比较,促淋转率接近,但促淋转凝集素浓度约为植物血凝素(PHA)的百分之一。
The seeds of A. lingnanensis,A. hypargyreus and A intergrifolia are rich inlectins. Our studies revealed that these three lectins (ALL,AHL and Jacalin) were very similar intheir biological properties. The order of their hemagglutinating activities washuman > rat> mouse> bovine> porcine. But, these lectins did not affect the goat and chickenerothrocytes. The hemagglutinating activiities of these lectins were inhibited byN-acetyl-galactosamine and D-galactose,and were not affected by the changes of pH wlthinpH values from 4.5~9.5.The lectins were relatively unstable. The lymphocytes transformationrates were close to that of PHA,but the lectin concentration necessry for lymphocyte transfor-mation was about 1 % of PHA concentration.
