摘要
对热辐射与搁板加热下的冷冻干燥的升华阶段迸行了分析,并以草菇和菠萝进行实验研究,得到了草菇和菠萝的最佳升华室压,阐述了适宜冻干方法的选择.
The changes during sublimation of freeze drying of samples heated by thermal radiation and by a contact plate have been analysed. The freeze drying processes of straw mushroom and pineapple have been tested.The best sublimation pressures of straw mushroom and pineapple have been obtained and the optimum freeze drying conditions have been determined.
