摘要
运用方差分析法，对桑树喷施０．１％，０．２％和０．３％硫酸锌后，其三位、五位、九位叶中１８种氨基酸含量的变化作了具体分析，并按受锌影响的大小进行排序。同时，还用主成分分析法，对桑叶质量进行分析和排序，结果表明用０．１％的硫酸锌喷施桑叶质量较好。
In this paper multivariate analysis was used in analysing the influence of zincsulfate on the amino acid content in the 3rd, 5th and the 9th leaves of mulberry. The mulberries in three groups were sprayed with 0. 1%, 0. 2%, and 0. 3% of zinc sulfate respectively.The results from the analysing the variations of 18 amino acids in 3rd, 5th and 9th leaves and the quality of leaves showed that leaves had best quality when they were sprayed with 0. 1%of zinc sulfate.
