二次施光法中Cl~-影响的回归分析研究

摘要 本试验通过测定不同NaCl浓度的蔗糖液的旋光度,对Cl-的影响进行了回归分析研究。得回归方程αi=-0.007968Ci+0.01948相关系数r=-0.9746,表明有极显著的负相关。对于精度为士0.05°D的圆盘旋光仪,当NaCl浓度<8.72%时可忽略Cl-的影响;对于精度为士0.01°S的验糖仪,当NaCl浓度<2.88%时可忽略Cl-的影响。本试验结果表明二次旋光法测蔗糖含量时,HCl水解时发生的Cl-影响可忽略不计,因此可省去水解前旋光度测定加NaCl这一操作。 By determining the optical activity of different NaCl concentration in sucrose solution,the regression analysis of the Cl-influence is studied. It concluds that the regression equation is αi=-0. 007968Ci+0. 01948 related coefficient r=-0. 9746, which shows that Cl-concentration has highly significant negative correlation with the optical activity of the solution. When NaCl concentration is less than 8. 78%, the influence of Cl- can be neglected in the determination by disc polarimeter whose precision is ±0.05°D; And when NaCl cotitentration is less than 2. 88%, the influence of Cl- can be reglected in the determination by saccharimeter whose precision is ±0. 01°S. The research result suggests that the Cl- influence from hydrochloric acid hydrolysis in two rotatory analysis could be neglected and the operation of adding NaCl in optical activity determination before hydrolysis couldn't be done.
