本文介绍了一台激光微束半径数字化测量系统,并将它用于激光微光束的半径测量。对于微米量级的光束,测量误差为1%。
This paper introduces a digital measurement system of laser microbeam radius, in the radius measurement of laser microbeams. For light beams of the order of micrometers, the error is about 1%.
