摘要
将真空负压用于双蜡包埋法中的石蜡浸透过程，结果显示真空负压可以提高两种不互溶性蜡的接触强度（Ｐ＜０．０１），从而避免组织块从蜡块中脱落，为提高双蜡包埋法的切片效果提供了一个简单实用的方法。
The vacuum negative pressure technique was applied in double-wax mebedbing procedure.The result showed that it could significantly increase the contact intensity of two non-intersoluble waxes,polyethylene glycol and poraffin(P<0.01),therefore,the separation of the embedded tissue from paraf fin could be minimized.
