摘要
简述35CrMoA钢制的汽轮机主轴与叶轮由于其淬透性较差,原来的常规调质工艺不能满足要求.后经改变冷却方法,适当调整回火工艺.使其机械性能达到技术要求。
For the turbine shaft and blade wheel made of 35CrMoA steel, the conventionalquenching and tempering process was unable to meet the technique requirements becauseof their lower hardenability. With the improvement of the quenching means and relatedchange of the tempering schedule,the machine parts achieve now the efficient mechanicalproperties.
