摘要
本文采用氦氖激光辐射绵羊精液,提高了精子的超弱发光,耗氧率和^(32)p 摄入量,表明激光可以改善绵羊的精液品质;同时还探讨了激光对精子超弱发光作用的可能机制。
The superweak luminescence,oxygen uptake and incorporation ^(32)p of ram sperma-tozoa were increased by the He—Ne laser irradiation.It is suggested that the laser can be ableto improve the semen quality.The mechanism of laser irradiation the spermatozoa superweakluminscence is discussed in this peper.
