低品位锑铅锌多金属硫化矿物质成分的研究 被引量:1

EXAMINATION ON MATERIAL COMPOSITION OF THE LOW GRADE MULTI-METAL Sb-Pb-Zn SULPHIDE ORE

摘要 研究了广西某选厂低品位Sb-Pb-Zn多金属硫化矿的物质成分.查明Sb,Ph,Zn有90%呈集中状态,独立矿物主要有脆硫锑铅矿、辉锑矿、方铅矿和闪锌矿,而只有约10%的金属呈分散状态.预测Sb,Pb,Zn的回收率可以达到83%~90%.找出该选厂产品质量差、金属回收率低的主要原因并非金属在原矿中分散,而是原有的分选方法和工艺流程问题.以此为依据,研究试验出新的分选方法和工艺流程,使Sb,Pb和Zn的回收率分别提高20%~30%和10%. Material composition of the low grade multi-metal Sb-Ph-Zn Sulphide ore from the mineral processing mill in Guangxi is discussed in the paper.It has been examined that about 90% of Sb,Pb,Zn are in the concontrated form,in which the major metal minerals are jamesonite,stibnite,galena and sphalerite, about 10% of the metals are disperseed in the ore.It is calculated that 83 %~90% of the metals can be recovered.It has been found that the poor quality of Sb, Ph, Zn concentrates from the mill and the low recovery of the metals are caused by the original processing mcthod or technological process hilt not by the dispersion of metals in the ore.Oil this basis, a new processing method or technological process has been tested accordingly,and the recovery of Sb,Pb and Sn can be increased by 20%~30% and 10%,respectively.
