摘要
太研究利用激光多普勒显微血流计观察心血管疾病患者微循环的变化。结果显示该仪器可定量测定微循环血流速度,监护心血管疾病患者组织灌注和判断药物对微循环的作用。
The purpose of this study is to use a laser-Dopplcr-Microflowmetry and observethe changes of microcirculation in cardiovascular disease.The results showed that Laser-Doppler-Microflowmctry constituted a new procedure with quntitative and was a promising tool for rapidmonitoring of tissue perfusion in cadiovascular diseases and estimating the action of drugs onmicrocirculation.
