摘要
本文是全计算机化红外，电视、电影经纬仪中电视分系统的研制报告。介绍了跟踪测量电视系统的主要技术指标、工作原理、系统的构成、室内外检测结果及今后改进的意见。
This paper is a rescarch technique report of the TMTV(Tracking and MeasuringTelevision )system which is a subsystem in the full computerized.infrared TVCinetheodolite. The main specifications, opration prciple,constituents and test resultsinside and outside of the TMTV system are given in this paper with a idea of how to improvethis TMTV system.
