摘要
本文提出了一种适合单件试制和批量生产中返修需要的高精度施密特屋脊棱镜加工工艺。着重介绍了这一工艺过程中的一些简便可行的控制和测量方法。
In this paper,a processing technology of lilgh-precise:schmidt roof prism suitable to the need of the single workpiece processing and the reprocessing in batch process is proposed·and:some simple and feasible controlloing and measuring methods in this technological process are emphatically in-troduced.
