本文介绍了美国杜邦公司（ＤｕＰｏｎｔ）发明并工业化生产的高强高模新材料──ＫＥＶＬＡＲ纤维，ＫＥＶＬＡＲ纤维以其独特的性能被广泛地应用于光纤光缆和电缆的生产。
In this paper, a new material of high strength high modulus──KEVLAR yarn invented and industrial produced by Du Pout Co. is introduced. KEVLAR yarn is widely used in fiber optics and cables with its special properties.
