摘要
卡尔曼滤波法用于ICP-AES时,在白色测量噪音条件下给出很准确的分析结果,因此引起了越来越多分析工作者的重视。然而,由于实际试样的复杂性,要搞清其中的每一种成分是困难的,有时甚至是不可能的。当一些未知谱线没有被测量模型考虑时,测量噪音不再是白色的,模型误差也就随之产生。本文讨论的重点是模型误差及其对分析准确度的影响。我们的研究表明,该问题对卡尔曼滤波法来说是严重的。
Kalman filtering method gives accurate analytical results under the condition of white measurement noise in ICP--AES, which attracts more and more analysts's attention.However, identification of eney component is difficult, sometimes even impossible due to the complexity of practical species. When there are unknown spectral lines missing from the measurement model, the measurement noise is not white and model error is produced. This paper is focused on the model error and its effect on the analytical accuracy. our study shows that the problem is severe to Kalman filtering method.
