秋水仙素对大鼠肝细胞溶酶体自噬作用的超微结构及细胞化学观察 被引量:1

摘要 用超微结构及细胞化学方法,观察到腹腔注入秋水仙素后0.5h,大鼠肝细胞出现大量蝌蚪形、哑铃形、“C”形、环形和极不规则形溶酶体,同时观察了溶酶体的溶噬现象,认为溶酶体可能以出芽的方式进行自身降解. After peritonel injection of colchicine, its effect on lysosomal autophagy of hepatic parenchymal cells was observed by transmission electron microscope and cytochemically. A great deal of irragular shaped lysosomes were shown at different periods of the lysosome wrapping mechanism ( LWM ) .The lysosomophagy which was named by Dr. Johan Thyberg could also be found in this study. We suggested that lysosome could be degraded by lysosome wrapping mechanism and lysosome budding.
