摘要
本文在分析了经典生产管理理论与实践的缺陷的基础上,阐述了新的环境赋予企业生产系统的使命应为提高其产品的市场竞争力。在实现这一目标的过程中,目前已形成了两个生产管理的战略学派:竞争优势导向的竞争学派和强调系统不断自我完善的学习学派,它们不仅更新了传统的生产管理理论体系,而且对我国的经济发展、企业进步、产品打入国际市场都有着直接的指导作用。
Analysing the weakness of classical Production and Operations Management(P/0M),the paper presents that to strengthen the product competitiveness on the market must be the mission of every enterpise's operations system.For achieving the goal,there are two schools of P/0 M emerged.one is called competitive school based on pursuing the competition edge,another is learning school focusing on continuous improvement.Both of them only breakthrough the traditional theory.but also could actually the Chinese economic developement in manufacturing industries.
