微电泳赛庚啶对丘脑束旁核伤害性单位放电的影响

摘要 微电泳导入5-HT拮抗剂赛庚啶(Cyproheptadine,Cyp)至丘脑束旁核(Pf),观察Cyp对Pf伤害性神经元放电的影响.结果表明,Cyp能增加Pf伤害性神经元的自发和诱发放电。提示Cyp能阻断内源性5-HT对Pf伤害性神经元自发和诱发放电的抑制作用. Experiments were performed on 25 rats. Putative serotonergic antagonist, Cy-proheptadine ( Cyp) , was applied microiontophoretically on the nucleus parafas-cicularis of the thalamus ( Pf) and the effect of Cyp on Pf nociceptive neuronal discharge was observed. The result suggested that Cyp can increase the spontaneous and evoked discharge rates of Pf nociceptive neuron, and that Cyp may antagonize inhibitory effect of endogenous serotonin on the spontaneous and evoked discharges of Pf nociceptive neurons.
