摘要
本实验通过阻断实验兔股骨头血运,制备股骨头坏死动物模型,静脉灌注双硫蓝,结果显示坏死股骨头早期血运明显减少,而中晚期血运逐渐恢复、微循环重建.坏死股骨头血运分布不均,最终形成空洞是导致股骨头塌陷变形的主要原因.
Animal model of avascular necrosis of femoral head was made by blocking blood supplying for femoral head in order to observe the changes of blood. Disuphine blue was poured intraveneously. The study showed that blood supplying for femoral head decreased in early stage and recovered gradually in late stage. Distrbution of blood is not homogenous. Cavitation was the main causes of collapse deformation of femoral head.
