摘要
本文针对发展中地区交通规划问题的特，走与目标，着重研究了地区交通规划与城镇经济综合发展水平的关系、地区运输供给水平的评价方法。提出了在发展中地区按网点潜力指数进行运输网中、长期规划的一种新方法。
Aiming at the features and goals of transportation planning in developing regions,this paper makes a lot of work on the relationship between planning and comprehensive level of economic development as well as the evaluation on regional transport network.The paper also advances a new method for a mid- term andlor a long-term transportation planning according to the potential index of various spots in planning regions.
