摘要
本文研究了两种不同化学组成均匀性的PTCR陶瓷材料晶相转变特性和电容-温度关系,初步探究了化学组成均匀性对于PTCR陶瓷材料阻温系数α的影响关系,结果表明:提高PTCR陶瓷材料的化学组成均匀性,可以使其晶相转变温区变窄以及电容随温度变化陡度增大,从而导致了PTCR陶瓷材料阻温系数的增大。
Two kinds of PTCR materials with different chemical homogeneity prepared respectively by theliquid and solid phase processes were investigated in this paper. The results pointed out that PTCR(L)material showed sharper ferroelectric-paraelectric transition and higher resistance-temperature coeffi-cient than that of PTCR(S)materials.The relationship between chemical homogeneity and resistancetemperature coefficient was presented and discussed in detail As the result, we come to conclusionthat chemical homogeneity of PTCR materials played an important role on the temperature coefficient.
