荧光涂料激发能源^(147)Pm内污染诱发血淋巴细胞SCE的持续变化

摘要 研究了荧光涂料激发能源147Pm内污染机体时的滞留过程:发现仅在早期降低较快,以后的降低极为缓慢。估算的体内滞留方程为:R(t)=0.199e-0.1452t+0.812e-0.0008t,可见包括两个快慢组分的半滞留期,即T1=4.17d,而T2=866.3d·147Pm内污染机体中,观察到可诱发外周血淋巴细胞SCE率呈持续增升:当147Pm摄入机体后的不同间隔阶段,可见在各实验组淋巴细胞的SCE率均明显高于对照组,尤其是到第30d的观察阶段,出现了一个与外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率相对应的SCE率增升高峰值。 Study on internal contamination of exciting energy resources147 Pm of fluorecent paint in the whole body was fitted by an equation with least square method. That is R(t)=0.199e-0.1452t+0.812e-0.0008t which consists of two components,fast and slow. The fast component is T1=4.77d;and the slow component is T2=866.3d. When 147Pm was accumulated in organism,the ability of 147Pm to induce SCEs has been investigated. Radioactive promethium caused sustained increase in SCEs of peripheral blood lymphocytes. Experimental results indicated that SCEs of peripheral blood lymphocytes increased significantly at different interval after 147Pm i.v.injection.It should be noted that at interval of 30 d, a peak elevation of SCEs of peripgeral blood lymphocytes appeaned.
