摘要
应用精子畸形试验、精子数量和活动精子百分率的检查以及睾丸重量和电镜检查，研究苯乙烯对雄性大鼠性腺功能的影响。结果表明：０．５ｇ／ｋｇ和１．０ｇ／ｋｇ苯乙烯染毒组的精子数量减少，苯乙烯各染毒组的活动精子百分率降低，精子畸形率增高，１．０ｇ／ｋｇ组睾丸重量下降，与阴性对照组比较均差异显著。结果说明，苯乙烯对雄性大鼠性腺功能有损害作用。
The effects of styrene on the gonad function in male rats were studied by sperm abnormality test, total sperm count, the percentage of sperm mobility, as well as testicular weights. The examination was also done by electron microscopy. The results showed that total sperm count was significantly less in the experimental group administered with 0.5g/kg and 1.0gl/g of styrene. As above,statistically significant difference was found between treated group and negative controlgroup(P<0.05 or P<0.01). It could be concluded that styrene might affect gonad function in male rats.
