摘要
本文介绍了NaY分子筛的制备及其通过交换铵和/或稀土、脱铝、补硅以及水热处理等过程进行改性,以适应重、渣油组分的流化催化裂化,得到有更多轻质组分的产品分布.给出了几种含烯土的REY、REHY、REUSY(包括SRNY)的制备方法及以它们为活性组分的流化催化裂化催化剂的制备与工业应用。
The preparation and modification of NaY molecular sieve through a multi-step process including ion-exchange by NH and/or rare earth, dealumination, silicon insertion and hydrothermal calcination,so as to meet the need of FCC of heavy or residual oil for more light components in product distribution,is described. Preparation methods for several Y zeolite molecular sieves containing rare earth, such as REY, REHY and REUSY (including SRNY), and manufacture and industrial application of FCC catalysts with these zeolites as active component, are also outlined.
