摘要
用气流粉碎法将Y型分子筛原粉粉碎成微粉,对粉碎前后的粉体颗粒作了对比分析,结果表明:经粉碎后粉体粒度分布狭窄,比表面变化不大。X-射线衍射峰的强度有明显增加,在间二甲苯异构化和甲苯歧化反应中的催化能力没有明显变化,而在正十六烷和异丙苯裂解反应中的催化活性则有所提高。
Y zeolite is pulverized by air stream in order to obtain fine particles. The pulverized Y zeolite has narrower particle size distribution, slightly changed surface area and significantly increased strength ofXRD peaks. Its cut.catalytic activity in hexadecane and cumene cracking considerably increases but remains generally unchanged in m-xylene isomerization and toluene disproportion.
