摘要
通过对以FeSO4·7H2O为原料,以NH3·H2O(或NaOH)为沉淀剂共沉淀法制备铁铬系高变催化剂工艺路线的改进,采用新的洗除SO ̄2-_4方法,使催化剂本体硫显著降低(<500ppm)。通过正交设计法对工艺条件选优,获得制备低流型Fe2O3-Cr2O3系高变催化剂的工艺路线。
The co-precipitation process for preparation of Fe-Cr high-temperature shift catalyst was improved by adopting new SO ̄2-_4scrubbing method. As a result, the sulfur content of the catalyst was considerably reduced. A new process for preparation of low--sulfur Fe-Cr HTS catalyst was obtained on the basis of the optindzation of process condition through orthogonal design.
