摘要
介绍了一种类似于电热丝焊接的塑料焊接技术—电热膜焊接,两者的主要差别在于电热膜是利用导电填料与聚合物共混制成的导电薄膜发热而不是合金电热丝。实验发现电热膜焊接性能优良,焊接系数可达0.94。影响焊接性能的直接因素是电热膜的机械性能,电性能以及加热性能。必须重视电热膜的选材,配方和加工工艺。
A novel welding technique used electrically heatting film made up of conductive filler and polymer was introduced in the paper. Welding processes of the technique were simply and fast like electrofu-sion.but the new one was simply and cheaply to prepare welding joints. Experimental results showed that coefficient of welding strength is 0. 94- Mechanical, electrical and self-heating propertes of the electrically heatting film on the welding quality were focus discussed.
