摘要
本文测定了16例人胶质瘤组织中的铜锌镁含量及铜锌比值,其中恶性肿瘤的铜含量为20.49±4.87μg/g干重,锌为176.97±44.18μg/g干重,镁为650.91±207.88μg/g干重,铜锌比值为0.123±0.04。与健康成人脑组织比较,铜含量及铜锌比值明显降低(P<0.01),镁值升高56.59%,但无统计学意义,锌在二者之间无明显差异。与健康成年组比较,良性胶质瘤三种元素含量都无统计学意义(P>0.05),而早产儿的铜含量有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
The content of Cu2+ , Zn2+ and Mg2+ and Cu2+/Zn2+ ratio were determined in 16 human glioma tissues. The results showed that the average values of Cu2+ , Zn2+ and Mg2+(g/g dry weight ) in malignant glioma were 20.49±4.87, 176.97±44.18 and 650.91 ± 207.88 respectively. The Cu2+/ Zn2 + ratio was 0.123 ±0.04 compared with the heathy human brain tissue, the content of Cu2+ and the ratio of Cu2+ to Zn2+ were significantly decreased ( P<0.01 ) , and the content of Mg2+ increased by 56.5%, but on significant differences statistically. We did not find any significant differences between the Zn2+ levels in the malignant tumors and the healthy brain tissue. There were also no significant differences between the contents of Cu2+ , Zn2+ and Mg2+ in the benign tumors and healthy brain tissue. But the content of Cu2+ in the brain tissue of premature infants was much lower than in that of healthy controls.
