摘要
从人胎肝组织提取总ＲＮＡ并纯化出ｍＲＮＡ，经１０～３０％蔗糖密度离心划分为４个主要组分，体外翻译及活性检测结果表明肝刺激物质特异ｍＲＮＡ约０．６ｋｂ，该结果为采用表达型文库进行ｃＤＮＡ克隆筛选奠定了基础。
Poly(A)+ mRNA extract from human fetal liver tissue was sedimented through 5 tO 25%sucrase gradient and the result shows four discrete peaks. Hepatocyte stimulating activity was identified by translating each gradient fraction in vitro and HSS activity assay,and the bulk of HSS mRNA was tecovered in fraction 9.The size is about0.7kb.
