摘要
高性能聚苯醚砜(PES)能进行挤出、模压加工,也可通过浇铸、纺丝等制成膜和纤维。PES膜具有高热稳定性、低的热膨胀系数,突出的耐水解稳定性、抗辐照,并具有韧性和易展延的机械性能。为了使PES膜具有易加工性和超过滤性能,必需合成分子量较高的PES,制膜级PES的比浓粘度应控制在0.4~0.65dl/g,比标准级PES高些,它的玻璃化转变温度为230℃,比标准级PES也更高,能在204℃负荷条件下长期使用,并能制成平板、管状和中空纤维型的膜用材料。
PES known as an important member of high performance engineering plastics may be fabricated through extrusion and compression,or be casted and spinned to form membranes and fibers.PES membranes display high thermal stability,low coefficient of thermal expansion,outstanding drolytic stability,radiation resistance,and tough,ductile mechanical properties.Higher molecular weight of PES will be polymerized for the needs of the processibility and ultrafiltration properties of PES membranes. The reduced viscosity in the membrane grade of PES should be controlled in the range from 0.40 to 0.65DL/g in DMF at 25℃, which is obviously higher than that of the standard grade of PES about 0.36 dL/g. The membrane grade PES also has high glass transition temperature above 230 ℃ which is higher than that of the standard grade of PES at 225 ℃ .PES true can be used continuously up to 204 ℃ under loadbearing conditions and can be made into a variety of products such as plain,tubulor and hollow fiber membranes under different circumstances.
