摘要
研究几种二元多相共混物的拉伸强度与组分的结构、界面区相容性、共混组成的关系。界面区对拉伸强度有两种作用,当界面区粘接强度小于临界值时,界面区的存在降低了共混物的拉伸强度;当界面区粘接强度大于临界值时,界面区的存在提高了共混物的拉伸强度。使共混物在拉伸强度方面具有“协同效应”的必要条件是:每个组分必须有交联网络结构;共混物的界面区粘接强度必须大于临界值。
The present investigation deals with the relationship of tensile strength with components structure,interfacial compatibility and blend composition. There are two kinds of effects of interface on tensile strength,when the adhesion strength of interface is smaller than critical value, the effect of interface reduces the tensile strength of blends;when the adhesion strength of interface is larger than critical value,the effect of interface increases the tensile strength of blends.The following conditions are very important for synegism of the tensile strength of blends:(1)there must be crosslinking net in each component;(2) the adhesion strength of interface must be larger than critical value.
