摘要
介绍了攀钢转炉渣化学成分特点及矿物相组成的特征;对配加锰矿、萤石、石英砂的渣进行了相成分分析。结果表明配加不同造渣剂,其脱磷、硫矿物相是不相同的;通过不同造渣剂的渣对炉衬的作用分析认为,配加锰矿的渣属于粘渣,对炉衬有保护作用;而配加石英砂及萤石的渣均属于稀渣,对炉衬有侵蚀作用。
The characteristics of the chemical compositions and mineralogieal phases of the converter slag Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. are described.The phase constituents ofthe slag added with manganese ore or spar and quartz sand are analysed.It is shown that different flux results in different mineralogical phases in dephosphorication and desulphurization. An investigation ha:been made into the impact of different flux on the converter lining,concluding that the slag added with manganese ore is viscous and protective to the lining.while slags added with quartz sand and spar are free running slag and make the lining worn.
