摘要
将统计学、数学相关分析及工程控制论应用到转炉炼钢工艺参数控制和数据处理上。把数学分析与炼钢理论结合起来,获得了各工艺参数、炉衬材质与炉龄之间的当量关系,从而建立了攀钢炉龄的数学模型,根据本模型对影响炉龄的因素进行控制,4年内已使攀钢炉龄每年以10%的速率递增,增加了转炉产钢能力。
This study applies statistics,mathematical correlation analysis and cybernetics to pa-rameters control and data processing in BOF steelmaking process. The mathematical analysis is combined with steelmaking theory ,so as to obtain the equivalent relation between process parame-ters,lining materials and lining life,and establish mathematical model of Pangang’s BOF lining life. The model has been used to control factors affecting lining life,resulting in an annual increase of 10%in Pangang’s BOF lining life during the recent four years and marked improvement in BOF productivity.
