摘要
包钢φ４００自动轧管机组通常生产的钢管最大外径规格为φ３７７ｍｍ。φ４２６ｍｍ钢管是当前市场急需的产品。在φ４００机组上生产φ４２６ｍｍ钢管的主要困难是Ｎｏ，１穿孔机的辊面长度太短（７６０ｍｍ）。为此，设计了一种入口锥为大圆弧＋２°３０＇的新型辊型。模拟试验和现场生产证明，这种辊型设计是成功的。
Theφ37 7 mm tube was the greatest one rolled by the φ400 automatic mill at Baotou Iron-Steel and Rare Earth Co.But now φ426 mm tube is an great market demand.The main difficulty while rolling φ426 mm tube by this mill is that the roll barrel of No. 1 piercer is too short(760 mm).So the new roll with arc+2°30' entry cone has been designed.The design has been pro-ved successful in the simulating experiments and production.
