摘要
鞍钢新三烧已实现冷却废气废热的全面利用:一段废气用于余热锅炉生产蒸汽;二段废气用于解冻原料和热风烧结,首次实现低温(200℃左右)废气用于工业生产,取得了很好的节能效果。本文重点评述低温废气废热回收开发技术。
It is the first time to use lower temperature waste gas in industrial production with satisfactory result of energy-saving. The heat of waste gas from forced draft circular cooler has been wholly recoveried in No. 3 new sintering plant of AISC. The middle temperature waste gas(appr.300℃)has been used to produce vapor by waste heat boiler;the lower temperature waste gas(appr. 200 ℃)to unfreeze raw material in unfreezing shop (in winter)and to sinte. This paper mainly comments on the heat recovery techonology of lower temperature waste gas.
