摘要
研究了连铸坯的液芯轧制,并结合日本川崎水岛厂的实例,证实了连铸坯液芯轧制的可行性,指出了钢锭和连铸坯液芯轧制的区别,及如何制造压应力状态,推导了坯壳应力与轧辊直径、压下量、坯壳厚度的关系,并提出了用振摆式轧机实施连铸机液芯轧制的方案。
The authors studied the rolling of continuously cast slabs with liquid-core, combinedwith the examples provided by Mitsushima Works of Kawasaki Co. , The feasibility of the rolling ofthese slabs with liquid-core was demonstrated. The difference between the rolling of ingots withliquid-core and that of slabs with liquid-core,and how to maintain a pressing state in the skin ofslabs were pointed out;The relationships between the stress in the solidified skin of a slab, and rolldiameter, draft and skin thickness were discussed,and a plan of implementing the rolling ofcontinuously cast slabs with liquid-core using a oscillatory mill was proposed.
