摘要
采用基于U.L.法的三维弹塑性大变形有限元对无缝管成形过程进行了计算机预测。在波前区推导了整体坐标与局部坐标系下的变换矩阵,编写了大型有限元程序《EPFEP3》及前、后处理程序,给出了工件变形的位移场、速度场分布等信息。实现了有限元法与成形产品CAD的一体化研究。
This paper describes the applications of the three dimensional elasticplastic finiteelement technique based on U.L. method in the tube forming. The transforming matrix betweenworld coordinates and local coordinates is given in the wave front area. The program EPFEP3 aswell as its preprocess and postprocess programs are developed. The simulating model controllingproduct quality is set up and a lot of information of displacement and flow field are given. Theintegeration researches of the FEM and CAD are realized in the process of the seamless tubeforming.
