摘要
世界钢铁工业正处在变革时期，变革的先决条件是熔融还原和近终形连铸技术的出现以及计算机控制技术的发展。钢铁冶金将是以多种工艺并存的形式发展而不仅仅是用一种方法取代另一种方法。我国要抓住机遇，发展钢铁工业，争取在新的一轮技术革命中能够跟上先进国家步伐，其中最关键的因素是做到引进与科研同步进行。
The iron and steel industry is facing the reforming times.It is a reforming precondition that both technologies of the smelting reduction ironmaking and the near net shape continuous casting have been developed and the computer controlling technology has been improved.The various metallurgical processes will coexist and be multiply developed instead of replacing one process by another.China should catch this opportunity to develop its metallurgy industry in order to keep pace with the development of the developed countries in a new turn of technology revolution. The key factor of making progress in the metallurgy industry of China is that introduction and research works should be done simultaneously.
