摘要
铁水粒化─固态脱碳─电炉炼钢工艺已在工业生产中获得成功，本文主要结合生产中有关铁水粒化过程中的铁水温度，成分以及水枪高度和倾角对粒化过程的影响进行了研究，并提出相应的解决办法。
The new technology,with three steps ─hot metal granulation,solid state decarbonrization and electric furnace steelmaking,has been successfully,put into production. In this paper,the different influences,including liquid iron temperature,composition,heights and angles of water jets on granulation during the industrial process have been studied.Meanwhill,some methods to solve the problems have been put forward.
