不对称异径板带轧机轧制传动力矩 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE DRIVING TORQUE ON UNSYMMETRICAL ROLLING MILL WITH DIFFERENT DIAMETER WORKROLLS

摘要 实验与理论研究表明,与类似的对称轧制相比,异径不对称轧制总力矩随压下率和异径比的增大而降低,当异径比为3与5、压下率70%时,总力矩降低26.3%和36.5%。传动辊力矩不均,小工作辊总比大辊的大20%~40%。利用两工作辊前、后滑区摩擦力矩之差计算其轧制力矩,导出异径不对称轧制传动力矩的计算式,计算与实验结果相符。 Through experimental study and theoretical analysis the following results are btained:(1)With the increasing of the work roll diameter ratio(R_1/R_2)and the reduction rate the total rolling torque is decreased during unsymmetrical rolling between the two work rolls of unequal diameters in comparison with that during similar symmetric rolling. When the reduction is 70%and the diameter ratio(R_1/R_2)is 3 to 5, the total rolling torque decreases by 26.3%and 35.5%respectively;(2) The driving torques of the two driving rolls are obviously unequal. The driving torque of the driving backup roll 3 is always greater than that of the driving work roll 1 by 20~40%;(3)Equations to calculate the rolling torgues of the two work rolls and the driving toques of the driving work roll 1 and the driving backup roll 3 have been derived.The results calculated by these equations are in good agreement with those measured in experiments.
