摘要
介绍了高炉煤气干式电除尘的特点。经过基础研究和半工业性试验，得到高炉煤气的成分、湿度、温度、压力、煤气流速对电场电压的影响和主要因素与除尘效率的关系；找出了提高常压高炉煤气干式电除尘效率的措施。
The paper introduces BF gas dedusting methods and its development situation at horne and abroad.Through basic research and pilot test,the effects of composition,moisture,temperature,pressure and flow rate of BF gas on the voltage of electric field,and the relationships between those main factors and dedusting efficiency are clear. There by,the measures to enhance dry ESP effeciency of BF gas under normal pressure were achieved and the important parameters for designing BF gas dry ESP apparatus were provided.
