摘要
重点论述了在均热炉加热过程中的阶梯式供热方式。通过生产实验对比指出，该工艺与普烧法相比可节能２０％～４９％，证明均热炉采用合理工艺操作是实现节能降耗的有效技术措施。
In the paper,a new heating method with“stair shape”in soaking pit process is introduced and discussed.Experiments give out that the method has got 20～49%energy saving compared with the common heating method.So,it could be concluded that the reasonable operation of soaking pit process is an effective way to save energy and decrease consumption.
