摘要
介绍了采用Φ８０ｍｍ超低碳不锈钢轧坯经扒皮、穿孔、冷轧（拔）生产Φ５７ｍｍ以下成品管的工艺改进、新工艺要点，并对新工艺效果进行了浅析。
Presented in the article is a description regarding the improvement on the manufacture process for final tubular products under 57mm in O.D. made from the extra-low carbon stainless steel blooms of 80mm in Dia., covering such operational steps as bloom peeling,piercing and cold rolling (drawing).Also dealt with here is a preliminary invesigation on the effectiveness of the said improved process.
