不同部位体表对抗加压效果的比较

摘要 为比较加压呼吸余压值为5.9kPa条件下,体表部位及覆盖面积均不相同的4种部分加压服(上腹囊、下腹囊、气背心及抗荷服)的代偿效果,以4名健康男性青年为对象,观察了心功能等循环系统参数的变化。①从加压呼吸3mln末的代偿效果看:抗荷服的代偿效果最好;下腹囊次之,上腹囊及气背心最差。以上结果表明,代偿效果主要与施加对抗加压的体表部位有关,但加压面积大小也具有重要意义。②分别着用4种服装进行加压呼吸时的呼吸费力程度也大致符合上述排列顺序。作者认为,上述4种部分加压服皆可考虑做为高值加压呼吸防护装备配套服装的选择。 In order to compare the compensatory effects of 4 types of partial pressure suits i. e, the upper-abdomen bladder, lower abdomen bladder, jerkin, and anti-G suit, we investigated cardiovascular functions under 5.9 kPa of positive pressure breathing (PPB) in 4 young men. At the end of 3 min of PPB, the anti-G suit of had the best compensatory effect and lower-abdomen bladder come next to it. Whereas the other two suits, upper-abdomen bladder and jerkin had the least compensatory effect. The result suggests that the compensatory effects is determined mainly by the body surface region on which the counter pressure is applied, but the surface area is also an important factor. The magnitude of dyspnea perceived by the subjects in different types of suits under PPB showed a similar trend. The signifcance of our findings for the development of high altitude partial pressure suit is discussed.
