摘要
#总结了盐酸曲马多治疗阿片类依赖30例,结果表明该药对其戒断综合征与国内外通用的脱瘾药物美散酮有类似的疗效,且无明显依赖性,耐药性小,副作用轻微,无呼吸抑制,不产生欣快及缩瞳、便秘等,可替代美散酮进行戒毒治疗,满足其求药行为,延缓复吸.用于门诊康复,是一安全有效的药物.
We used the tramadol hydrochloride to treatment 30 cases of opiate addicts.The results showed that the tramadol hydrochloride has the same efficiency as the traditional used drug,amidone.to kick the opiate habit,but there is no significant drug dependence,no respiratory inhibit,has min-imun drug resistance and side effeers,don't produce joyful,myosis and constipation.Tramadol is satisfy the needs of drug behavior and fo delay the recurrence of drag user From this study we conclude that the tra-madol hydrochloride is a safe and effective drug could be used is outpatient to alter na- tive amidone to kick the habit.
