摘要
利用CS-3000 plus血细胞分离机,应用淋巴细胞单采术和血浆置换术治疗类风湿性关节炎18例,取得良好的治疗效果,其临床症状,体征明显改善.血液学指标(Hb、WBC、淋巴细胞绝对值、UA)、免疫学指标(RF、ANA、IgG、IgM、IgA、C_3)检测恢复接近正常,复发率低.外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群分析结果表明,类风湿性关节炎患者辅助T淋巴细胞(OKT_4)以及辅助T淋巴细胞与抑制T淋巴细胞(OKT_8)的比值OKT_4./OKT_8.明显增高.经治疗后OKT_4;的量与OKT_4./OKT_8的比值明显降低.说明该疗法对治疗类风湿性关节炎具可探讨性,OKT_4;/OKT_8的比值变化是评价其疗效的较好指标.
Using of CS-3000 plus type blood cell separator,18 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treated by lymphocytopheresis and plasma displacement,which obtained good results.Patients' clinical symptoms and signs improved evidently.The hematologi-cal indexes (Hb.WBC.absolute value of lymphocyte),uric acid and immunological indexes (RF,ANA.IgG,IgM.IgA,C3) were all recovered,some of them were close to normal value.The recurrence rate was low.Analysis of T-lymphocyte subpopula tion in peripheral blood revealed that the T helper lymphocyte (OKTr) value and T helper lymphocyte/suppressor T lymphocyte (OKT4/OKT8) ratio were significantly high in rheumatoid arthritis patients and were obviously lowered after this treatment (P<0.05~0.01).It demonstrated that treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by this method is explorative,and change of OKT4/OKT8 ratio is a good index to evalu ate its therapeutic effects.
