摘要
介绍了目前我国低合金钢产量、品种结构、质量的现状，指出了占我国低合金钢产量８０％的三大钢种的主要问题及改造更新的必然趋势。为加速发展我国的低合金钢，要特别注重新品种开发，在开发中要注意配套并与新工艺的研究与应用相结合；根据各自的资源特点，开发能源、交通等部门急需的钢材品种和各种高性能专用材料。
The production grades and quality of the low alloyed steels currently produced in china are introdueed in this paper. Problems with the three major grades sharing 80%of the production of the low alloyed steels are presented and measures taken to innovate these steels are proposed ac-cordingly. To speed up the growth of low alloyed sxteels. importance should be attached to the de-velopment of new products,to form a complete set of product grades by incorporating research and application of new technologles, Steels urgently needed by the energy and communicatlon depart-ments and high performance materials for special uses must be developed based on the characteris-tics of local resources.
