摘要
本文按部分相干理论对离焦面的图像清晰度进行研究,提出了提高成像清晰度以及延拓焦深的光源编码方法;指出:焦深不只取决于数值孔径,和分辨率等一样;焦深亦是光的部分相干理论可以改善的光学参数之一。
In this paper,an idea is presented to increase focal depth byusing encoded source,and it is explained by investigating image clarity inmis-focus planes.According to partial coherence theory,We correct the co-nventional conclusion that focal depth is only dependent of N.A.,and po-int out that focal depth,like resolving power etc.,is also one of the para-meters being improved.
