添加元素对Fe-Ni-Co系银焊脆性的影响

摘要 为了改善Ag-Cu 焊料液态金属对可伐合金(Fe-29Ni-16Co)固态侵入引起的脆裂(银焊脆性或液体金属脆性),本文研究了13种元素(Zr,Hf,B,Y,RE,Al,Mn,Mg,Ti,V,Mo,Ca)在可伐合金中单独添加或复合添加后,对合金银焊脆裂强度的影响;并从与银焊脆性相关的冶金因素探讨了添加元素的作用和抑制银焊脆性的原因。并实装了TO-5 型电子器件,全部通过标准检验,并优于原用合金。 To improve the resistance of Kovar(Fe-29Ni-Co)to embrittlementcracking caused by permeating Ag-Cu solder in liquid into Kovar in solid(Itis usually called silver brazing induced embrittlement or liquid metal embrittl-ement),13 elements(Zr,Hf,B,Y,Re,A1,Mn,Mg,Ti,V,Mo,Ca)in singleor in combination are added into Kovar alloy and the silver brazing inducedembrittlement cracking strength of alloys are examined.The addition of elements effectively inhances the silver brizing induced em-brittlement cracking strength,but the degree in increase of different elementis different.Some metallurgical factors,such as grain size,particles of 11 second phase,slipmode,sulphur segragation,which are related with increase in the silver bra-zing induced embrittlement cracking strength are discussed.Some of these new alloys were used to produce electronic devices as outsidewire.It was demonstrated that the new alloys are better than original Kovaralloy in performence.
