摘要
本文介绍一种采用微饥进行数据处理的CCD 摄像动态测径仪,详细论述了它的工作原理、系统设计、软件设计和误差分析。该仪器能长期稳定工作于热轧线材生产现场。
The ordinary dynamic diameter measuring instruments can not beused in a hot-rolled linear material production line because of existing of thehighspeed vibration,torque,electric noise and too much dust and vapor there.While the imported CCD imaging diameter measuring instruments not onlycost sky-high but also has short MTTF.Aiming at this situation described asabove we have developed a new imaging dynamic diameter meascuring instru-ment which uses microcomputer for data processing.This instrument emploies two mutual-vertical optical systems and two CCDlinear array chips to get the image of the linear material to be measured andmodulated the image signals with high frequency pulses,then sends modula-ted pulses which has been counted to the microcomputer for data processing,At last,the numeric results of the minimum and maximum diameters of themeasured objects as well as the error range will be diplayed.Several key points in designing the software and the whole system werediscussed in details in this paper and the error analysis also was presented.
